Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
All cancellations incur a fee because our payment processor does not refund processing fees in the event of any type of a refund.
Our policy is as follows:
| Time BEFORE confirmed appointment | Amount Refunded |
| More than 1 week | 85% |
| 48 hours or more | 65% |
| less than 48 hours | 35% |
What if I reschedule?
If you reschedule, we will use your original payment and apply it to your rescheduled booking. There will be no fee if you rescedule with at least 48 hours' notice. However, if you reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, there will be a late rescheduling fee of US$20. Rescheduled appointments must be within 1 month of the original appointment and must be made at the time of cancellation. Rescheduling is only applicable one time, after which the above cancellation policy will be applied.
